Information about AccountantMate

How it works

For Clients

Clients can simply sign-up and post a job as a client.

  • To make your post more successful, we have packed in powerful filters that will allow the right adviser to reach out to you.
  • Set your maximum budget.

Advisers will reach out to you to invite you to purchase their service package.

Note

If an adviser suggests you to engage outside of this platform, please report this to us using the contact form, or email admin@accountantmate.com. Only transactions on our platform are protected by a 60 day deferral mechanism. We strive to maintain high ethical standards in this community, so each of us can do our part in improving the standards of transparency, trust, and ethical standards. It is our community that you are also a valued part of.

For Advisers

First Log-in:
  • Advisers can simply sign-up as sole practitioners, or as an authorised single-user representative of a practice, choose a membership package to post a service package offerings as an adviser.  For additional users from the same practice, separate memberships will have to be sought per user.

Posting Service Packages
  • To make your post more successful, we have packed in powerful filters that will allow each fixed-fee service package you post can reach the right audience. These powerful listing features also allow you to price according to your client situation and anticipated work involved based on client type, client revenue, client interest, business size etc...  More importantly, they offer your business a valuable insight on which service offerings offer the greatest revenues.

Booking tools and Hourly Consultations
  • If you would like to also offer hourly consultations in addition to fixed fee packages, we have also created booking features to help you manage upfront requests and set your hourly rates per post.

This powerful feature allows you
to capture value and price in accordance with the subject matter specialisation as individual consultations would differ from business consultations, industry specific consultations, or tax technical specialist area consultation (e.g. international tax, concessions etc..)

  • Here you can even offer free-consultations to qualify your clients needs, client budget, and direct them to a service offering you have posted on AccountantMate.

Say goodbye to a load of Admin and chase-ups

No more issues with debt collection, invoicing and chase-ups. Accountants waste as much as 10-50% of their fees in on-boarding clients and administrative tasks relating to invoicing, debtor management and enforcement. Rest assured clients can only book when they have already paid! Your fees are deferred for 60 days for client protection.

Moving to High Value

AccountantMate also allows practices to enroll client facing advisers so they can benchmark their performance, client facing abilities through reviews, and create a transparent and real-time feedback system for their performance appraisal.

This also encourages your practice to give more responsibility to junior staff on service packages of lower value and lower complexity, thereby boosting their motivation, and contribution to the firm.

Ethical Expectations and Non-solicitation

We are striving to create a value-driven community built on transparency and ethical members. If you are solicited by members of this community to engage outside of this platform, please report this to us using the contact form, or email admin@accountantmate.com. Such an event is a breach of our user agreement open to immediate termination of membership, forfeiture and is open to legal action. We strive to maintain high ethical standards in this community, so each of us can do our part in improving the standards of transparency, trust, and ethical standards. It is our community that you are also a valued part of.
